Programme Features ​

This holistic programme is specifically designed to boost your personal growth and professional development. Backed by a comprehensive learning roadmap that focuses on enhancing your core competencies, it offers two tracks:  ​

1) Investment and Asset Management  ​

2) Project Development and Design Management ​

​

As you navigate the programme, you'll have opportunities to rotate across different functions and embark on a three-month overseas rotation in either the Singapore HQ or one of our international markets. Upon completion, you'll be well-equipped to take the next step in your career with CapitaLand Development!  ​

Programme Eligibility ​

You must be a university graduate with no more than two years of work experience. To be considered for the MAP, you should also possess relevant experience and certifications/degrees in one of the following fields: ​

• Engineering ​

• Architectural ​

• Real Estate ​

• Economics ​

• Accountancy ​

• Finance ​

• Any other relevant fields ​

CapitaLand Development offers internship opportunities to identify promising talents at an early stage. Interns gain valuable work experience and grow professionally and personally through dynamic learning opportunities. During the internship, you will be assessed on your performance and potential. Exceptional candidates may be considered for full-time positions through the CapitaLand Development Management Associate Programme or other employment options.  ​

Programme Features ​

Interns will gain hands-on experience in a professional environment, mentorship and a broader understanding of the real estate industry. This programme is available all year round, and we recommend at least a 3-month internship for a meaningful and fruitful experience. Interns can join throughout the year, and we will coordinate with you and your school to identify a suitable period.  ​

Programme Eligibility ​

We are looking for undergraduates/polytechnic students with excellent academic and CCA track records and good leadership qualities. You should also be passionate about the real estate industry and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude towards learning.
