CapitaLand Development welcomes new homeowners at Heritage West Lake luxury residence

CapitaLand Development (CLD) has announced the handover of apartments at Heritage West Lake, its first luxury residential development in Hanoi. The project has been handed over to customers since September 2024 in a fully finished condition. This year, CLD has successfully handed over two residential developments to homeowners, reaffirming its commitment to the timely delivery of quality homes.

The development offers a range of apartment types, from two- to four-bedroom units, as well as premium duplexes and penthouses. Sizes vary between 94 and 328 square metres (sqm), with a ceiling height of around three metres. These apartments are the first in Hanoi to feature premium brands such as Gaggenau, Gessi, and Poggenpohl.
Co-developed by CLD (Vietnam) and Hien Duc Group, the 25-storey Heritage West Lake is one of three towers within an integrated development that includes commercial office and retail components. Residents at Heritage West Lake can indulge in spectacular waterfront views of West Lake, the Red River, and the vibrant cityscapes of Hanoi.
