CLI Australia is led by Paul Toussaint, Managing Director of Australia, CapitaLand Investment. The Leadership Team is responsible for all aspects of the company’s management of its properties and services. The team is actively involved in the management of assets, acquisition and divestment of properties.
The team has extensive experience of over 20 years in the Australian real estate industry along with a diverse skill base and proven track record in delivering long-term sustainable returns.

Paul oversees CapitaLand Investment’s (CLI) commercial property platform in Australia and is responsible for the strategy, execution & growth of the business, including managing mandates for CLI’s listed and unlisted property vehicles as well as balance sheet investments.
Under Paul’s leadership, CLI’s AUM in Australia has more than tripled from A$1.2 billion in 2017, managing over 40 office and logistics assets, including assets currently under construction.

Sebastian oversees CapitaLand Investment’s (CLI) Business Development team in Australia and is responsible for the origination and execution of real estate investments for CLI’s listed and private property vehicles as well as other balance sheet investments.
Sebastian has more than 20 years’ experience across real estate investment, fund management, real estate advisory and structured finance.

Kien oversees CapitaLand Investment's (CLI) Finance team in Australia where he is responsible for all finance, tax, treasury and reporting matters for CapitaLand’s listed and private property vehicles as well as balance sheet investments.
Kien has over 20 years’ experience in finance within the real estate and funds management industry. Since commencing at CapitaLand in 2018, Kien has also been responsible for advising and structuring over A$2.0 billion in new investments and divestments within CapitaLand’s Australian business.

Head of Human Resources
Tushna is Head of CapitaLand Investment’s Human Resources for Australia and is responsible for the People, Culture and Organisation Development strategies for the country. She has over 17 years HR experience from large blue chip global and SME high growth organisations in Australia, including Nanosonics a medical equipment manufacturer, and Brookfield a global alternative manager with over $900 USD billion assets under management across real restate, renewable power, infrastructure, and private equity.
Tushna is also a Board Member and Non-Executive Director at the Sydney Drug Education and Counselling Centre (SDECC), a not-for-profit, charitable organisation which supports youth experiencing difficulty and their families.

Dan oversees CapitaLand’s Private Credit business in Australia where he is responsible for the origination, execution, and management of private credit investments. Dan has over 20 years’ experience in real estate finance, debt & equity capital markets and corporate finance advisory in Australia and Europe. He has previously worked at HSBC, Macquarie Bank, National Australia Bank and Ernst & Young.

Neil has over 13 years’ experience in investment banking, capital markets and real estate in Australia and Asia Pacific.

Clay oversees the CapitaLand Ascott Trust lodging portfolio in Australia and is responsible for driving commercial performance and improving asset values from the lodging assets.
Clay has over 20 years' experience in the hotel industry working in multiple countries and hotels covering different styles of hotels. He has worked at Starwood Hotels and Resorts, IHG and M&L Hospitality.

Ivy is the Director, Investment & Business Development based in Sydney and supports CapitaLand’s lodging group and its various funds in all aspects of property investment origination and transaction in Australia. Ivy has over 15 years of experiences in hotel investment, development, asset management and property fund management.
Prior to joining CapitaLand, she was most recently with the corporate development arm of National Roads and Motorists’ Association in Australia, managing origination and acquisition of hotels, resorts and other tourism assets across the country. Prior to this, she also held Director positions with property fund manager and developer in both Australia and China where she was responsible for hotel acquisition and development, deal origination and fund management.
Ivy holds a Master of Finance from University of New South Wales, Australia and Bachelor of Finance from Fudan University, China. Ivy is also a Chartered Member of the CFA Institute.
