Anti:dote Anti:dote: Seasons of Impressionists Afternoon Tea Set

In collaboration with ARTiSTORY and the National Gallery, London, Anti:dote presents a delightful treat for food and art lovers. Inspired by one of Van Gogh’s most notable works: Sunflowers, the delectable Afternoon Tea treats are a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

Look forward to savoury dishes with shades of green and yellow that complements Van Gogh’s artwork. Highlights include the Smoked Salmon Sandwich with blueberry creme fraiche; White Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich topped with black truffle gel and flower petals; Duck Rillette; traditional Pork Bulgogi Sandwich; and Sous Vide Lobster.

The desserts are also delicate works of art. Indulge in the Sunflower Praline Pot designed as a miniature potted sunflower; Vanilla Cheesecake draped in an intricately painted yuzu-marshmallow cloth; flower-shaped Hazelnut Praline Sable coated with a layer of Nespresso chocolate ganache; Blackcurrant Pate with blue-pea poppers; light and fluffy Sunflower Financier with a raspberry mascarpone; and an Ivory Namelaka Bonbon with verbena yoghurt.

Guests can also choose to add on amuse-bouche and pair their afternoon tea with Anti:dote’s specially handcrafted beverages.
